Doohan Gets Walk Of Fame Honour
Former STAR TREK actor JAMES DOOHAN will be honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday (31AUG04).
The 84-year-old star, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in the summer (04), played SCOTTY in the cult show.
He will also be honoured at a Star Trek convention and gala this weekend (27/28AUG04).
Original stars WILLIAM SHATNER, LEONARD NIMOY and NICHELLE NICHOLS will attend, along with former astronaut NEIL ARMSTRONG and STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION's LeVAR BURTON.26/08/2004 02:43
