Dmx Accused Of Beating Up Fans

Hip-hop star DMX and his bodyguards have been accused of beating up two young fans in a German nightclub.

The rapper-turned Hollywood actor partied in Berlin's Sage Club after his gig in the city last Friday (16SEP05).

In the club, DMX allegedly fought with OLIVER OSTERODE and his pal JULIAN SCHMIDT, who were left injured.

Osterode tells Berlin newspaper BZ, "I wanted to go to the bathroom and met DMX. I told him that I think he's cool, but LIL' JON is better. Then he freaked out. He slapped me in the face, and then his bodyguards attacked us."

Osterode and Schmidt have filed a complaint to Berlin police, who will investigate the incident. DMX's management have reportedly asked a lawyer from Munich, Germany, to also look into the accusations.
