Depp To Play Demon Barber?

Hollywood heart-throb Johnny Depp has been tipped to star in the film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical SWEENEY TODD.

The FINDING NEVERLAND star has been linked to the role of THE DEMON BARBER OF FLEET STREET in the Stephen Sondheim musical.

British film-maker Sam Mendes is set to direct and produce the Dreamworks project, while Russell Crowe has also been linked to role of the Sweeney Todd.

However, British newspaper The Sun claims Edward Scissorhands director Tim Burton is keen to direct the film with his pal Depp.

	umm.... this would be his 2nd musical movie cuz johnny depp was in EdWood and that was a musical but ya Id love to see him play this role he is a great singer and dancer as we all know from my favorte movie charly and the chocolet factory nice moves buddy well I seem to think so anywas you'v got the moves man just do it we all would love to hear you sing and move that bod we all love to see so much well peace missy

	It's about time Johnny did a musical! He's done just about everything else now we should see his real talent! He is without a doubt a great, versatile actor, but my guess is he is a better musician! I hope this info is true and not just someone trying to pull our chains.Maybe it's Johnny playing with the press again? I hope not!Go for it Johnny! show them what real talent is!PS.
