Cruz And Hayek's 'Boring' Friendship

Latina beauties Penelope Cruz and Salma Hayek were labelled "boring" on the set of forthcoming BANDIDAS, after they failed to live up to the crew's diva expectations.

The friends play a tough bank-robbing duo in Mexico in the action caper and surprised directors JOACHIM ROENNING and ESPEN SANDBERG with their good-natured behaviour to each other.

Cruz says, "The director thought that we were such good friends that it was boring that there was never any drama.

"We'd help each other and say, 'Oh, did you hurt yourself?' because we really care, you know."
