To the guy who works in so-called mental health. The truth is "Victims of Violent Crime" and those who are targeted by "Sleaze Bag" and "Dirt Bag" doctors, psychiatrists, and etc. are forced to put up with their tantrums, narcissism, "Intermittent Explosive Disorder", "Delusional Persecutory type Disorder", delusions, paranoia of the truth getting out, and all the insanity and homicidal activity that takes place. If a hostage or prisoner refuses to meet their narcissistic and illegal demands,they refuse to give the hostage or prisoner the very medication that they need for breathing and thier health or life.What takes place in the mental hell industry is "Trauma-based mind control" because repeated traumas are inflicted upon the victim in a very systematic calculated inhumane way. The torture and stress are all parts of a programming package. After a particular harsh session of programmng the victim's mind will be in a high stage of terror, shock, dissociativeness and splintering.They are not experts, they were not at the scene of the crime and it is a known fact that they report their delsuions in a court of law. They think they can bluff and defraud records or cook the books and get away with their "Unspeakable Crimes Against Humanity". As a supporter stated, they cannot even keep their lies straight. When one knows the truth, it looks like they either have voices in their head, or answer their own questions. Congress cannot pass forced screening and forced drugging. Forced drugging is against the 8th Amendment. Article I, Sec. 8 does not authorize Congress to legislate that all children or adults in America to be forced to undergo mental health screening or testing, there isn't any authority. It odes not fall within their jurisdiction. Congress doesn't have the authority to legislate outside article I, Section 8 period. It is abusive people that label victims and targets.It is the lunatics that are attending the asylum. Many payciatrists and a number of mental hell workers promote violence and are into violence. "Caretakers" refuse to allow their victims or targets to heal. They need constant attention, so therefore they can get vicious, violent, and explode should the victim or target speak the truth and stand up for his/her rights to sanity. The insurance companies, the government which is supposed to be of the people, by the people, and for the people, and targets themselves have been ripped off for thousands and thousands, if not millions of dollars for the mental illness of psychiatrists and abusers. All the money in the world is not enough to take care of what is their own narcissistic problems. They want the "Perfect Child" so that the hurts of the past disappear and they don't have to look at their own imperfections because they counter transfer them off onto the hostage or prisoner. Therefore they do not feel that anyone can reject them. When the hostage or prisoner of psychological warfare rejects them or speaks the truth of reality, all hell breaks lose and they seek revenge.
