Creed Star Lands Nascar Deal
Former CREED frontman SCOTT STAPP is being given a boost by America's fast-paced NASCAR organisation as he plans a comeback as a solo artist - his new track will feature heavily in televised race meetings.
Bosses of the car racing company have signed Stapp up to a deal, whereby his anthemic tune THE GREAT DIVIDE will feature in upcoming TV advertisements.
Stapp will also be featured in a NASCAR Image Campaign that will air during the upcoming Chase for the NASCAR Nextel Cup - the US racing world's biggest event.
The rocker joins a growing list of stars who have appeared in NASCAR campaigns including LENNY KRAVITZ and LISA MARIE PRESLEY.
The Stapp/NASCAR campaign will culminate with the MY SACRIFICE singer performing the American national anthem at the Ford 400 race at Homestead-Miami Speedway on 20 November (05).
