Collins: I Wanted To Be Scarlett O'Hara
Acting veteran Joan Collins wishes she'd been cast as movie heroine SCARLETT O'HARA - even though she concedes Vivien Leigh's performance is impossible to beat.
The DYNASTY star, 70, says she would have loved the chance to take on the role - from the 1939 epic love story GONE WITH THE WIND - and still yearns to play the feisty Southern belle.
Joan enthuses, "I'd love to play Scarlett O'Hara.
"Of course, I wouldn't have done it nearly as well as Vivien Leigh. She was always my favourite actress."
