Saucy novelist Jackie Collins cites Cuban American actor Eddie Cibrian as the up and coming sexiest man in Hollywood.

THE BITCH author, 68, is convinced Cibrian, who has starred in several US television shows including THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, SUNSET BEACH, BAYWATCH NIGHTS, will overtake the likes of George Clooney to become the hottest male property.

She says, "(The sexiest men) used to be Brad Pitt and George Clooney, but more over boys, and make room for Eddie Cibrian.

"He is the hot new guy in town, starring in TV show Invasion.

"I think he'll be huge."
