Club Man's Daughter Misses Out On Party Monster Role
New York impresario PETER GATIEN's wannabe actress daughter JENNIFER missed out on a role in MACAULAY CULKIN's new movie PARTY MONSTER - even though it takes place in her dad's nightclub.
The young actress felt sure she'd be offered the role of her own real-life stepmother NATASHA GATIEN in the film about 1980s club culture, based in and around New York's LIMELIGHT venue.
However, MIA KIRSHNER landed the part because filmmakers FENTON BAILEY and RANDY BARBATO feared having Gatien playing her stepmum in the drug-fuelled biopic about clubber-turned-murderer MICHAEL ALIG would be "sick and wrong."11/09/2003 09:05
