Cindy Crawford's first attempt to get into films got off to a dismal start when she auditioned for The Graduate director MIKE NICHOLS - and forgot to act.

The American mega-model later went on to try her hand on the big screen in the flop 1995 film FAIR GAME, where she starred opposite William Baldwin.

And Cindy admits her very first try at being a thespian did not bode well.

She recalls, "It was my first year modelling, so I hadn't seen a script before. I just read it, no emotion, no nothing.

"He said, 'Well, I guess you can read.'"
