American funnyman Chris Rock is proud of his skinny frame - because he insists men who work hard at getting muscles do it to get a sex life.
The NURSE BETTY star says that as he's happily married, there's little need for him to bulk up his slight body.
He explains, "I think if I were to get as big as I could get, it does change your mind-state. I think like the little man. I think like the underdog. I don't want to change that.
"I'm married. I do cardiovascular. Everything else is to get laid. Do you need to do crunches? No. You do 'em to get laid. Just ride the bike and jog, that's all you need to do. Everything else is to get laid."
