Cerys Matthews Has No Regrets

Former Catatonia frontwoman Cerys Matthews may have settled down but doesn't regret her wild days in the band.

The Welsh MULDER AND SCULLY singer - who recently married and is expecting her first baby - still looks back fondly on her Catatonia days and the mammoth drinking sessions she shared with her bandmates.

Matthews says, "I'm very ordinary and having success with the band was a lifelong ambition, so I think that was so exciting that I could barely settle afterwards, you know?

"I don't feel regretful of anything because it was amazing what we did and, like I say, it was a lifelong ambition - an obsession - but it got me very excited.

"Then, it's time to get your feet back under you and I feel that's what's happened this year, which is just amazing."
