Carly Simon Buys Back Album Rights

Singer CARLY SIMON has bought back the rights to her last studio album because she's unhappy with the end result and wants to re-release it.

The YOU'RE SO VAIN singer was suffering a severe depression after undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer while she wrote and recorded THE BEDROOM TAPES - and she admits it was a terrible project.

She says, "I recorded it at a very tender time."
