Former British boy band BUSTED are facing a fresh lawsuit from original frontman KI FITZGERALD, who claims he is owed unpaid royalties for writing the group's biggest hits.
Earlier this year (05), original band member OWEN DOYLE sued the trio and their management for song royalties, only a week after the CRASHED THE WEDDING stars spilt so heart-throb CHARLIE SIMPSON could concentrate on his new band FIGHTSTAR.
Fitzgerald, who co-wrote hit songs WHAT I GO TO SCHOOL FOR, YEAR 3000 and PSYCHO GIRL, claims he was forced to give up the song rights when he was replaced by Simpson.
Fitzgerald says, "I wanted to fight it earlier, but I couldn't take it anymore and was so depressed.
"It's taken this much time to pluck up courage. All I want is my name back on the songs."

| This is all very strange i mean why sue now when the band don't even exist anymore and the rumor flying round that they are being sued 10million! that is just absolutely insane man! ok he helped write the song but got kicked out the band...he must have done something wrong and i heard that lyrics to all the songs were changed anyways so it isn't his song he helped but he wasn't in the band so i don't see how it matters if his name was on or not....its all very strange...hope they don't get sued! they were the best! | ||
