Burton Refuses To Change His 'Misunderstood' Image
Hollywood director TIM BURTON is unhappy with his image as the prince of cinematic darkness, insisting he's a misunderstood artist.
The CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY film-maker refuses to change his gothic movie output for more lightweight material.
He says, "I've always been misrepresented. You know, I could dress in a clown costume and laugh with the happy people but they'd still say I'm a dark personality."
