Brown Hopes To Improve Financial Situation
Soul legend JAMES BROWN has hired a new team to work with him - in an attempt to get his financial situation back on track.
The LIVIN' IN AMERICA singer, 76, hopes the new "group of people" working with him will take better care of his finances than his previous employees.
Brown says, "I know I have taken advantage of over and over again.
"But I have a new group of people just started working with me, so I'm hoping that's gonna change. Finance is something I've never been good at.
"They just don't treat uneducated artists right, that's how it's always been.
"I'm no mathematician. Not with numbers. I'm a mathematician of soul and spirit, but that don't pay the bills."02/07/2004 13:58
