Legal crusader Erin Brockovich is being sued by former law firm colleague KISSANDRA COHEN.

Paralegal Cohen claims Brockovich, who was played by Julia Roberts in the 2000 film Erin Brockovich, bugged her phone after she accused law firm boss ED MASRY of sexual harassment.

Cohen also alleges Masry and investigator Anthony Pellicano illegally taped her conversations in the suit filed in LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT earlier this month (MAR04).

In 2002 Masry was ordered to pay Cohen $120,000 (GBP66,000) after he was found guilty of slander only.

Cohen claims the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) told her about the alleged phone-tapping after the verdict.
