Orlando Bloom's sexy girlfriend Kate Bosworth is a closet boffin who is keeping professors at top university PRINCETON waiting.

The BLUE CRUSH star graduated high school four years ago (00) and gained access to Princeton, but she chose to defer her education and concentrate on her Hollywood dreams.

And now she's thinking about entering Princeton to study psychology.

She says, "I'll probably be the most popular freshman, considering I'm 21 now."
