Blake's Anklet Rules

Troubled actor Robert Blake can't swim in broadcaster pal CASEY KASEM's pool because he's not allowed to drown the tracking device attached to his ankle.

Blake is under house arrest at Kasem's Californian home since he was released on bail, awaiting trial for the murder of his wife Bonny Lee Bakley earlier this year (03).

And, though he'd prefer to be totally free, he has a sense of humour about his legal anklet.

He says, "You're not allowed to drown this thing. You can take a shower but you can't take a bath. It does tell you what time it is, especially if you cross a line you're not supposed to cross."
