OSCAR-winning actress Halle Berry's new action caper Catwoman is in trouble - producers have pulled internet trailers of the movie ahead of its July (04) release.
American supermarket tabloid the NATIONAL ENQUIRER claims the buzz surrounding the cartoon-adaptation has been so bad, producers have ordered the sneak previews be withdrawn online.
According to the Enquirer, Catwoman's bad reception led to Berry's no-show at the SHOWEST CONVENTION last month (APR04), where she was expected to pick up the Female Star Of The Year gong.
A source says, "Early online trailers of Catwoman have been pulled and they're sending cease-and-desist letters to websites that were playing it.
"Everyone is really embarrassed by it - especially Halle."
