Beatles Top New Immortals Poll

Legendary stars THE BEATLES and BOB DYLAN have unsurprisingly topped a new ROLLING STONE poll of immortal music artists.

Respected musicians BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, SMOKEY ROBINSON, JACKSON BROWNE, U2's THE EDGE and CHUCK D were among the eclectic 34 experts who voted on The Immortals, as was film director QUENTIN TARANTINO.

They came up with a list of 50 legendary acts who they insist will live on forever through their music.

The FAB FOUR topped the new list, followed by Dylan at number two and ELVIS PRESLEY at number three.

The top 20 is:
