Beastie Boys To Star In Video Game

Rap veterans the BEASTIE BOYS are stepping into the world of virtual entertainment, by making their first appearance in a video game.

The trio will star in the upcoming NBA STREET V3 from EA SPORTS, representing their hometown team the NEW YORK KNICKS in three-on-three street-basketball action, reports MTV.COM.

The group's song AN OPEN LETTER TO NYC will be featured on the in-game soundtrack, along with tracks from DE LA SOUL, GUERILLA BLACK and others.
