Actress KIM BASINGER is shocked by the rising popularity of plastic surgery procedures, but insists people should do whatever they want if it makes them feel good. The 9 1/2 WEEKS star believes a lot of people become addicted to changing things about themselves, but is not opposed to having work done in the future. She explains, "I think you should do what you want to do to make yourself feel better. I don't care what. "I think you should do anything to make yourself feel confident and good and hope you get a really good surgeon. " It's crazy, it's gone nuts with Botox and everything else, it's like wildfire with people having to have surgery all the time. "But I do think that there are cases where people feel more confident and better about themselves if they do a little something."
