Barbra Streisand: Son May Not Have Hiv

Singing superstar Barbra Streisand has hinted that her son JASON may not be HIV positive - as has been previously reported.

The DON'T RAIN ON MY PARADE singer is mother to Jason from her marriage to film actor Elliott Gould, and it was thought the 36-year-old had contracted the deadly virus.

However, Barbara tells Britain's OBSERVER newspaper, "Actually these stories... It wasn't true, whatever they were saying. He was in the hospital for the chicken pox.

"I mean, my son is gay, but I'm not going to talk about his health at all."
