50 Cent Security Guard Charged With Weapons Offenses
A member of rapper 50 CENT's security team has been charged with weapons offences, after he fired his gun as the rapper was checking into a New Jersey hotel in September (03).
WILLIAM FLOYD, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested in November (03) for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.
Floyd allegedly fired his gun on 9 September, as 50 Cent and his entourage were checking into the DOUBLETREE SUITES HOTEL.
Assistant Hudson County prosecutor PATRICK DOHERTY says there is no evidence that there was more than one gunman on the night and Floyd did not appear to be shooting at anyone.
A grand jury will consider the charges within a month.09/02/2004 21:39
