50 Cent Heads For Hollywood

Rapper 50 CENT is to make his movie debut in the semi-autobiographical LOCKED AND LOADED - about a former drug dealer who gives up a life of crime to pursue a music career.

The movie, which is scheduled for release in late 2005 or early 2006, will be produced by Jimmy Iovine and PAUL ROSENBERG - who produced Eminem's hit movie 8 Mile.

THE SOPRANOS scriptwriter TERENCE WINTER has signed up to create a screenplay and sources say the soundtrack will be released by Eminem's SHADY RECORDS, to which 50 Cent is signed.
