50 Cent: 'Death Is Entertaining'

G-UNIT rapper 50 CENT has defended the controversial posters for his movie GET RICH OR DIE TRYIN', insisting death has become an integral part of the entertainment industry.

Images used to promote the JIM SHERIDAN-directed movie showed the IN DA CLUB rapper from the behind, with a baby over one shoulder and a handgun tucked into his waistband.

The 29-year-old insists he is being depicted as a "protector", and is keen to point out the obsession modern society has developed for death in its many forms.

He says, "Death is a huge form of entertainment for humans: it's our fate. But because it's human nature to look to the future, we push that aside. You know, we all savin' for a rainy day - but we're all gonna die."
