50 Cent Chills Out With Yoga

Rapper 50 CENT has discovered yoga after being introduced to a top New York teacher by pal LIL' KIM.

The IN DA CLUB star has become the latest in a long line of rap stars who are taking time out to stretch and bend in revered trainer REIGN's Tribal Yoga classes.

Rap mogul Russell Simmons, WU-TANG CLAN star RZA and Faith Evans are among the hip-hop stars discovering the benefits of yoga.

Reign says, "Getting the black community into yoga has been a struggle - a lot of people are afraid of it because they don't know what it is."

Lil' Kim introduced 50 Cent to her yoga guru after telling him how regular sessions had changed her life.

She explains, "It has changed my life spiritually, mentally and physically."
