CNN - ZAHN DROPS HARASSMENT CASE

LATEST: CNN anchor woman PAULA ZAHN's has dropped her harassment case against a man who protested when she and her husband had a beloved hawk's nest removed from their Manhattan building.

LINCOLN KARIM was arrested in December (04) and charged with harassing Zahn even though he maintained he was just part of a vocal protest over the bird of prey's home.

Karim and others staged a protest outside Zahn's home after hearing that she and her husband had won a battle to evict a noisy hawk, called PALE MALE, from their building. Karim was suspended from his job when news of the arrest was made public.

But when the former media consultant arrived in court yesterday (26JAN05) he learned that Zahn didn't want to pursue the case anymore and the judge dismissed the matter.
