RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS mega-hit YOU'VE LOST THAT LOVING FEELING has been honoured at America's BROADCAST MUSIC INC (BMI) POP MUSIC AWARDS for being the organisation's most-performed tune.

Songwriters BARRY MANN and CYNTHIA WEIL were handed a special award at the organisation's annual get-together in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (17MAY05), where PAUL SIMON was among the other honourees for Career Achievement.

You've Lost That Loving Feeling has been performed 10 million times in the BMI's 60-year history.
