COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN has shocked his fans by insisting hit album X+Y was inspired by raunchy movies, because he turns to pornography whenever he needs fresh inspiration.

The cheeky rocker has smashed his clean-cut image by confessing to his lust for steamy films, and he admits he even wrote one track completely naked.

He explains, "I've been drained of ideas but then I started getting inspiration and it was mainly from porn.

"Maybe now you'll understand HARDEST PART or even 'TIL KINGDOM COME quite differently.

"I did write (A MESSAGE) naked. But I made sure all the right bits were warm."
