LORD OF THE RINGS star ELIJAH WOOD has reportedly made disparaging comments about director JOEL SCHUMACHER and his hit new film PHONE BOOTH.
According to PAGESIX website, Wood said that Schumacher "couldn't direct his way out of a paper bag", after watching the new COLIN FARRELL thriller.
However, a spokesperson for Wood denied the story and says her client, "never said that. Elijah is a huge fan of Joel's".
