The ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND actress is amazed that, despite man's enormous scientific leaps, there is still not an effective "stretch mark removing cream".

And the TITANIC OSCAR nominee, who is mum to baby JOE and three-year-old MIA, hopes the much-requested treatment is a top priority for the world's boffins.

She says, "What I can't believe is that they make all these incredible discoveries and invent all these wonderful things and yet they still haven't got round to my dream invention - a stretch mark removing cream that actually works."
