Actor ANDY GARCIA has BRUCE WILLIS to thank for his part in OCEAN'S ELEVEN - because the DIE HARD star rejected the role.
Garcia played casino kingpin TONY BENEDICT in the movie, and its follow-up OCEAN'S TWELVE, but Willis reveals it was he who was originally offered the chance to join the star-studded cast, which included BRAD PITT, GEORGE CLOONEY and JULIA ROBERTS.
Willis tells MAXIM magazine, "At the time, the part really wasn't fleshed out. I had wanted to work with all those guys, but I had another commitment, and we weren't able to make it work.
"I would've love doing it. They did a great job."
