FAYE WONG - WILL FAYE WONG WED HER LOVER?

Chinese pop superstar FAYE WONG is confusing fans after confessing and denying reports she's marrying her actor boyfriend LI YA-PENG.

Wong, 34, has told newspaper CHINA DAILY she will marry Ya-pend after the Chinese New Year, which begins on 9 February (05).

But newspapers in Hong Kong - where she is based - have printed quotes from the star, rubbishing wedding rumours.

Wong has experienced a turbulent love life - since divorcing fellow singer DOU WEI in 1999, she has been linked with a number of potential beaus, including pop star NICHOLAS TSE.
