The West Wing - West Wing Star's Wardrobe Malfunction

THE WEST WING star ALLISON JANNEY had her own 'wardrobe malfunction' to thank fans for watching her interview with JIMMY KIMMEL instead of JANET JACKSON's chat with DAVID LETTERMAN on late night TV on Monday (29MAR04).

The actress, who plays CJ CREGG in the hit political drama, had censors at America's ABC network worried when she started unbuttoning her shirt on Kimmel's live late night show.

Janney then cracked a shock expression when her green bra was exposed.

She said to the host, "That was so unexpected. I'm so sorry. That was a wardrobe malfunction."

But funnyman Kimmel was far from shocked, joking, "You just gave us a 'west winger' there. Thank you for doing that."
