Oscar winner RACHEL WEISZ claims her facial hair is so unruly she would like an "ape" if she didn't have daily access to hair removal tools. The CONSTANT GARDENER star, 35, refuses to leave the house unless she has completed her daily beauty regime. She says, "They end up looking like something out the PLANET OF THE APES if I don't pluck them regularly. "LA makes you feel ugly."
