Fading pop beauty HOLLY VALANCE horrified fans at the Australian Grand Prix yesterday (7MAR04) - by throwing a diva tantrum and refusing to pose for photos.

The KISS KISS singer arrived at the Melbourne-based race with her mother, longterm love PETER VERVERIS and a pal, but immediately enraged the crowd.

After storming up the red carpet without posing for photos, Valance headed to the VIP area while Ververis told photographers to "f*** off".

One onlooker says, "Considering she is supposed to be the main attraction, she was very rude. One of her friends threatened to break their cameras if any fans took pictures of her.

"A PR was overheard saying how they were 'very disappointed' with Holly. I would have thought she needs all the support she can get right now."
