An Australian judge has appealed to pop beauty HOLLY VALANCE to agree an out of court settlement with her former manager, after he successfully sued her for breach of contract.

SCOTT MICHAELSON is seeking more than $285,000 (GBP180,000) plus 20 per cent of profits from the 20-year-olds next album, after convincing a court last month (OCT03) he was unfairly dismissed.

JUSTICE CLIFFORD EINSTEIN faces the tough task of trying to decide how much money Michaelson should be awarded as compensation - and has urged Valance and Michaelson to reach an agreement between themselves to avoid the argument dragging on.
