HOLLY VALANCE - VALANCE SUED

Australian pop diva HOLLY VALANCE is facing a bitter court battle with her former manager SCOTT MICHAELSON.

Michaelson - a former actor on Aussie TV soap NEIGHBOURS, where Valance found fame - is suing the singer after she ditched him just four months before topping the British charts with her debut single KISS KISS.

Valance will return to her native country on Monday (15SEP03) to attend a preliminary hearing to determine whether the case will go to court.

Sources close to a furious Michaelson claim he has "sensational" revelations to make about the scantily clad star.
