HOLLY VALANCE - VALANCE FACES THE CHOP

Antipodean pop babe HOLLY VALANCE is facing the axe from company WEA RECORDS if her new single fails to reach the British top ten.
The KISS KISS beauty topped the singles chart in the UK with her debut track in 2002, but since then has seen her follow-up fail to match that success.
And now Holly - who left her role in top rated Australian soap opera NEIGHBOURS to launch her singing career - has just a few days to ensure new track DESIRE keeps her music ambitions alive.
A source at the company says, "It's make or break time. It's a good track and she's hoping it will make the top ten, otherwise it could be curtains for her."
