Australian pop singer HOLLY VALANCE has been granted leave from her court case with former manager SCOTT MICHAELSON to go on a promotional tour of Japan.
The KISS KISS singer is trying to fend off a multi-million dollar lawsuit filed against her by Michaelson - who claims she breached his contract by firing him via fax.
Valance and her mother RACHEL STEVENS have both given evidence in the New South Wales Supreme Court in the last few days.
The hearing is expected to end later today (23SEP03).
