R+B hunk USHER has been crowned the 'Godson of Soul' by funk superstar JAMES BROWN, after the two danced together onstage at Sunday's (13FEB05) GRAMMY AWARDS.
Usher and the Godfather of Soul wowed fans at the Los Angeles ceremony, when they showed off their fancy footwork.
And the event has earned Usher a new title from Brown himself.
He says, "James Brown will always be the Godfather of Soul and to receive that compliment was great on national television."
