TLC - USHER GAVE CHILLI BREAKUP CLUES IN SONG

One-time TLC singer ROZONDA 'CHILLI' THOMAS was the only person to be shocked by her split from R+B singer USHER - because the clues were all there in his songs.

The WATERFALLS singer was said to be stunned when Usher ended their relationship last month (AUG03), but the signs had been there for a while - in Usher's lyrics.

A source tells gossip site PAGESIX.COM, "First he made a music video for U GOT IT BAD depicting him and her fighting in public. Then, three months ago, he recorded a song, BURN, for his upcoming album, CONFESSIONS, about letting the relationship he really doesn't want to be in fizzle out.

"He knew it was over. He's not sad at all. He's been partying like a madman all over the place. Chilli was never into the party scene, she always wanted him to stay home with her and her son."
