USHER - USHER EYES PLUSH MIAMI MANSION

R+B hunk USHER is currently making plans to join the likes of BEYONCE KNOWLES, JENNIFER LOPEZ and SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS, by buying a home in Miami, Florida.

The 25-year-old YEAH! singer, currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, already has his eye on a mansion in the sun-soaked city's exclusive Hibiscus Island - and it's on the market for $19.9 million (GBP11 million).

Usher had pencilled in an appointment to view the property at 8.30pm recently - but didn't show up until 2.30 am.

A source says of the star, "He was very polite and he asked for a couple of shots of tequila. There was no tequila, but he was cool with that.

"Usher loved the place."

The palatial white marble estate boasts an indoor/outdoor master bedroom and swimming pool.
