USHER - USHER DELAYS ALBUM RELEASE

R+B hunk USHER has delayed his album CONFESSIONS until early next year (04) to give him more time to perfect it.

The 25-year-old singer, who delayed his last album 8701 after tracks were leaked onto the internet, has decided to push back his latest release from this month (NOV03) to next year to ensure it meets his high standards.

He says, "I wanted everything on the record to be just right.

"It's a confessional about the relationships I've had in life. I've always been very conservative about what I talk about in my personal life, but now, being 25, I'm in a position where I'm holding all of this stuff in that no one knows about, and it's driving me crazy."

Included in his tell-all album is a track about his romance with TLC star ROZONDA 'CHILLI' THOMAS.

He adds, "It's like the relationship almost completes me. When we got together, I didn't want to spend time in any other way.

"I was conflicted about how do I not give that all my attention instead of my career? She really understands what I'm going through, and that's how we're able to make it work out. I wrote the song I CAN'T BELIEVE IT about her."
