FELICITY HUFFMAN - UGLY HUFFMAN CRIED TO HUSBAND

FELICITY HUFFMAN cried down the phone to husband WILLIAM H MACY after pre-launch publicity shots for DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES - because she felt old and haggard next to her sexy co-stars. And Huffman, who stars opposite TERI HATCHER, MARCIA CROSS, EVA LONGORIA and NICOLLETTE SHERIDAN in the hit drama, was relieved to hear her filmstar husband tell her he knew exactly how she felt. She says, "Everyone came and took pictures of beautiful Teri and Nicolette and Eva. "The first hour I was like, 'This is so funny - nobody wants to take a picture of me.' "The second hour my nose was a little out of joint. "By the third hour, I hated it. I called my husband from the limo, crying, 'I am the oldest and ugliest one here.' "And he said, "Baby, I'm always the oldest and ugliest on the set. And it's only going to get worse.' "I just loved him for that. The actress is in fact second eldest of the Wisteria Lane ladies, after Marcia Cross who plays BREE VAN DE KAMP.
