TRACY CHAPMAN - TRACY CHAPMAN CHASED FOR CASH RECORDS

FAST CAR hitmaker TRACY CHAPMAN is at the centre of a legal wrangle after her former manager RON STONE claimed she owes him cash.

Stone and his GOLD MOUNTAIN ENTERTAINMENT company are seeking a court order to force Chapman to hand over financial details she's been holding back - so they can see if she owes them money.

Stone claims the singer owes him cash he earned from her hits album COLLECTION.

But Chapman has fired back, claiming she aims to countersue and demand a refund, because some of the songs on the album were produced before her partnership with Stone began.

A spokesman for Chapman says, "Tracy is very upset by this suit."
