TOM SIZEMORE - TOM SIZEMORE IN REHAB

Troubled actor TOM SIZEMORE has been forced into rehab, postponing the date his sentence for attacking and harassing former Hollywood madam HEIDI FLEISS was due to be announced.

The SAVING PRIVATE RYAN star - who faces up to four years in jail after being convicted in August (03) of abusing his former girlfriend - will have to wait until 9 October (03) to learn of his fate, after sentencing was moved back due to his sudden residency in a clinic.

It's not known what the actor, currently on $99,000 (GBP62,000) bail, is being treated for.

Sizemore was found guilty of causing Fleiss corporal injury by punching her in the jaw at the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL in Beverly Hills in April last year (02).

He was also convicted of making a criminal threat to Fleiss, causing her to fear for her safety, making obscene phone calls with the intent of annoying her and of minor vandalism. He was acquitted on 10 other counts.
