Horror classic THE OMEN will be the latest movie to undergo the remake treatment.

JOHN MOORE, the director of movie flop FLIGHT OF THE PHOENIX, will take charge of a new project bringing the chilling 1976 movie back to life.

According to website Moviehole.net, THE OMEN 666 will be a direct remake of the original, which starred GREGORY PECK.
